This week in my kitchen, I’m joined by Natalia Rudin, also known as Nats Nourishments on social media. We’ll discuss her remarkable journey to becoming a content creator, including how she skyrocketed to 1.4 million followers on Instagram and 759K on TikTok.

In this episode, we explore Natalia’s path from working in pubs and restaurants to becoming a personal chef, and eventually transitioning to full-time content creation. Natalia reveals her commitment to growing her online presence and the effort required to achieve real results and gain traction.

Additionally, Natalia opens up about her struggle with an eating disorder. Although she followed a vegan diet for five years, she explains how this was a way of masking her eating disorder. To heal and improve her relationship with herself and food, she needed to remove all restrictions and reintroduce animal products into her diet. She shares her experience in detail and discusses how she navigated this transition with her followers, especially when she felt her identity was closely tied to being a plant-based chef.
