Today's guest is the assistant athletic trainer for the Chicago Cubs, but Neil Rampe is wildly known across the industry for his skill set. Neil began working with athletes in the weight room as a strength coach before rising to the title of an athletic trainer. Before he was with the Cubs, he was the head athletic trainer for the Los Angeles Dodgers and like many of our guests in baseball, he began his career with Ken Crenshaw and the Arizona Diamondbacks. He won a World Series with the Dodgers as the head guy and has had many ups and downs his whole career. We dive into the integration of manual techniques, but maybe more importantly, we dive into what makes people successful and how to deal with adversity. Enjoy!
