Dani is a clinical psychologist. She shares that she was put on her first diet at age ten, which began a lifetime of countless diets. Food became a source of comfort and calm, yet she also felt a great deal of pain and shame. Dani reached her highest weight of almost 300 pounds and felt awful.

In May of 2019, Dani discovered intermittent fasting on Facebook. A colleague at work told her about Delay, Don’t Deny, and Dani began her IF journey the next day.
