When I first started my business, I had no idea how taxes worked.

I just worked hard until I brought in decent money. I was shocked when my accountant told me, "You need to pay 6K in taxes." Six thousand? I didn't even have six cents.

I've learned a lot since then.

Many people think (or at least act) like the tax year ends on April 14th so they do what they can, usually, in April or later, to get things together.

Those who are the most successful know that April is not only too late to prepare for the previous tax year but it's even too late to prepare for the current/following year.

Regardless of how strong you are on the accounting side of your business, this episode will give you specific steps and strategies to become or improve your finances and your business. After following the steps, you may even enjoy talking about them. haha
