Loss is constantly occurring in our lives and in the world around us, and learning how to tend to these painful, grief-soaked, and transformative moments is an incredibly powerful and necessary practice.

Here to help us explore and unpack that practice today is the brilliant Lucy May Taylor. As a Death Awareness Educator and Writer, Lucy’s work and words are devoted to transforming the ways our resistance to impermanence influences our willingness to truly get to know ourselves and the people who we care about. Her desire for each of us is to not allow the fear of change or uncertainty to overshadow the magic of belonging that comes when we are able to live, love and be loved as our fullest self. Through her online school Mortal Wisdom, Lucy’s classes and courses guide us to re-center the neglected parts of ourselves, to let go of what no longer feels good, and to stop resisting the necessary transitions that would move us into wholeness.
