Matt Solomon joins us today to discuss the steps taken from school to professional. After a quick intro on how Matt went from The UK to The Netherlands we get right into building a network and internships, and how those lead to your career path. He has run a questionnaire through multiple levels of professionals as to what they’re looking for in their interns, and Matt shares with us those results. This talk is full of fantastic advice on building your network to help elevate a coaches ability to find a job. We then go over how this has led him to work with multiple national teams in The Netherlands, and what his role is within that system.
