In this episode, Karthik speaks to Vishal Menon, Assistant Editor at Film Companion. He has grown up with Cinema and today, he takes us through how Malayalam cinema, in particular, has evolved and how, and not just content-wise but technically as well. Karthik & Vishal discuss some of the cult films from the past. They also talk about some sought-after actors and crew members, how one person might take on multiple roles, and how that can reflect in their art. Further, they also take us through some of the critically acclaimed and widely appreciated films in recent times and what strategies seem to be working for them.
