In this inaugural episode, your host, Dr. Mira Brancu will take you back to her early childhood years after she immigrated to the US as a refugee, what that taught her about leadership identity development, and how that led her down the path of developmental, clinical, and organizational psychology to develop her current thinking about how to help leaders move from the hard technical skills they needed to become subject matter experts in their field, to the new set of skills required to serve in leadership roles.
