#1: Why Are We Producing This Podcast?

Michelle and Chris spend a lot of time with team builders - both face-to-face and virtually (via emails, social media and online programs). Over the last 25+ years they have both fielded a lot of questions during these interactions. As a way to answer even more questions through a different medium and reach team builders all over the world, they decided to produce this weekly podcast.

In this Introduction Episode, you'll find out more about Michelle and Chris and their motivation behind the podcast and what to expect. The plan for this first season is to explore team building questions that recycle themselves over time and to tackle new questions (e.g., Virtual Team Building) that have yet to be answered.
