- How do you, as a business owner, see the value in attaining that level of compliance?
- Getting business’s to engage with the process of compliance is one thing, but getting them to maintain that effort can require a change in culture. How do we as business’s owners ensure we get that buy-in across the whole business?
- People have preconceived ideas about how things work or how they will play out. This generally ends with a, ‘that's the way we have always done it’ comment. Tell me, how do you crack that psyche or deadlock?
