He started in long-term residential real estate investing before expanding into buy-fix-sell, lease options, commercial buildings, new development projects, self-storage, and modular homes. He has also partnered with developers to build 280 + houses, 3 low-rise condo buildings, and moreover the past 10 years. Mathew focuses on managing his portfolio of commercial assets, business acquisition, and coaching real estate investors.
