Martin Zahuranec is the co-founder and CEO of eyerim, a premium eyewear e-retailer currently operating in 12 countries across Europe, being one of the fastest-growing e-commerce players in Central & Eastern Europe.
Martin has spent the formative years of his career in Southeast Asia. In 2012 he joined Rocket Internet and helped launch Vietnam's branch of Lazada, South East Asia's equivalent of Amazon later acquired by Alibaba. In 2013 he joined NOVA Founders Capital and assisted GlassesGroupGlobal in becoming the first international fashion accessories e-shop in the region. Martin has broad experience in entrepreneurship, team lead, data management, and the eyewear industry, and in his free time, he likes to read and travel around the world. His dream is to conquer the Seven Summits - the highest peak of each continent.
