Now, she has spent 25 years studying the impact of mindfulness and meditation and has a PhD in clinical psychology. As my guest today, Dr. Shauna shares the science behind using intention to rewire the brain and release dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin for physical and emotional healing. She is the author of Good Morning, I Love You, a Guided Journal for Calm, Clarity and Joy.
