How To Truly Love Yourself
How to truly love yourself is rarely taught to any of us, so we dove into the importance and necessity of self-love. Matt Kahn talked about the need to put yourself first and be radically loving towards yourself. That it's not just healing for your mind but also for your nervous system and body. One way to tap into greater self-love is to let yourself be nourished by the truth. This means saying no when you mean it, turning down an invitation, offer, date or opportunity when it doesn't feel true for you. For many of us highly sensitive and empathic souls, aligning with your truth is often practice as it requires being comfortable with others being uncomfortable with your choices. Especially when it's not what they want from you. People pleasing, which is so very common for those who are high empaths, is really then a fabrication of your truth. You're not being truthful when you people please and allow for someone else's desires, needs, and wishes to be met over yours. Start by checking in with yourself to feel, sense, and see what really is true for you, and then work on your courage to follow that truth.
You Can't Mess Up Your DestinyIsn't it so comforting to realize that we can't mess up our destiny? This doesn't mean you should try and not take action. It just means that even when you feel you're off course or on the wrong path, you're not. You can't be. The Universe doesn't work like that. All is here for our highest good. Your life purpose is not what you do, but it's who you become while doing it. Part of realizing you're always right where you're meant to be is to become detached from your outcome. When in doubt, take the loving path. Take the heart-centered path which will always lead you to your deepest truth.
Manifestation and The Law of Attraction
I get so many questions and inquiries about how the Law of Attraction works. First, we need to look at how the Universe works. The Universe is made up of energy and works in simple ways. Energy is either expanding or stagnant. You're either expanding, or you're contracting. Neither is better or worse, as sometimes having life go on pause and contracting can be an essential part of your greater expansion. When you really tap into these energies, you can get out of stagnation and into expansion, which is manifestation you can do in these simple ways:
- Set an intention and add it to your cart, so to speak. Place your order in the cosmic store.
- Keep expanding energy and allow it to move through your mind and body
- Surrender your wants and desires to focus on what the Universe wants for you
As you match your energy to the expansion you desire while letting go of how what you want manifests or shows up, you allow the Universe to deliver what's in your highest good. This is not about hacking the Universe to make things work for you. There are no shortcuts. It's about aligning with your higher truth and making choices that come from your higher self, truth, and faith.
How To Manage Your Energy
The topic of how to manage your energy is so important, especially if you identify as highly sensitive, an empath, or someone who feels drained around others. In managing your energy, you'll need to start tuning in to your own body and energy management. We think codependency is the way to give, but we have to be honest about our energy to live functional and aligned lives. If you're exhausted, and you're supposed to go out with friends, it means telling the truth and staying in to honor your energy. This is really about owning your self-value and self-love and finding opportunities to replenish your energy.

Matt Kahn shared that his book, All For Love, was channeled and came from the deeper question, "What are the teachings the world needs now for sensitive heart-centered people who need to awaken their inner healer?" In answering this question, he realized that we are all in need of a greater focus on love and thanking the darkness as it shows the true power of love.
