

Strength training is the vehicle for behavioural change
The key to becoming a successful and sustainable athlete is your ability to have not only good training habits (and to maintain them), but to also have the ability to upgrade them when and where necessary. This will also be largely based upon the feedback and accountability you have on a week to week basis. Strength and conditioning provides the ultimate framework for behavioural change. This is due to it’s structure and progressive nature where you have the opportunity to ‘ plug and play’ these ‘new' behaviours at will.
