Philipp Gruissem is widely regarded as one of the best tournament players of his generation, with over $11 million in live tournament winnings. Jeff and Philipp discuss, among other things, his recent winning of $800,000+ from $150 on GGpoker!
Gruissem started playing poker in his early twenties and quickly became a successful online player. He later transitioned to live tournaments, where he achieved notable success, including winning several major titles such as the High Roller event in Monte Carlo in 2011.
Gruissem is also known for his philanthropic work and is a co-founder of the charity organization Raising for Effective Giving (REG), which aims to promote effective giving in the poker community and beyond.
