Attorney General William Barr testified to Congress today about reports that Special Counsel Bob Mueller and his team were dissatisfied with Barr's summary of the Mueller investigation. Homeland security expert Juliette Kayyem analyzed the situation. Kayyem is on the faculty of Harvard’s Kennedy School and a CNN analyst.
