126. Emotional Abuse and Boundaries Connection

Do you ever feel like you can’t truly be yourself, but you can’t quite figure out why not? We hear about boundaries a lot. We also hear about emotional abuse. What about the impact of boundaries and emotional abuse together? When it comes to boundaries, it gets really difficult when others don’t respect ours and we are forced to have to keep a healthy boundary ourselves. It takes emotional maturity to recognize this, and it can be PAINFUL. Boundaries are there for a purpose and Jesus had healthy boundaries. In this episode, you will learn about unhealthy and manipulative behaviors of others, even if they look kind on the outside. This episode will dive into the deeper struggles of emotional abuse and boundaries. You will hear how the Holy Spirit was sent to guide us in these difficult circumstances.
