Today I am joined by Kim Randers.
Kim has spent more than 2 decades in senior leadership positions within people and HR.
Currently HR Director @ Service Express, Kim has held senior positions in some of the largest organisation globally including Nokia, First Data, and Fleetcoor.
In our exploration of human potential, we spoke a lot about the importance of physical and mental fitness as the foundation for thriving in life and work.
Naturally we spoke a lot about culture and performance too, including the changing landscape for HR and a transition from policy and compliance, to a more experience-based people function
We also explored Kim's past and how his experience of travel taught him curiosity and empathy and how surviving cancer in his 20's reinforced his sense of gratitude for life and built a mindset of resilience and calm in the face of challenge and adversity.
Kim is a truly inspiration human being and someone I am privileged to know.
