Today’s guest is Jess Cunningham, Physiotherapist at Surf To Summit and most recently published author of “POP” - When Sports Brings Us To Our Knees. Prior to her new adventure, she worked with Australian Sailing Team, Sports Physio at Olympic Winter Institute of Australia and at the GWS Giants. 

In this episode, Jess dives deep into the main reason she decided to write the book, who it’s for and the impact she hopes it makes, how her wide set of experiences helped her to see a gap within the market for such a recourse, shares some of the athlete stories, the charitable side of the book plus a whole lot more.
