21st Century Vitalism The Intersection of Social Justice and Homesteading with Chantel Johnson
Joining us on the show this week is the incredibly inspiring Chantel Johnson to talk about all things homesteading! Founder of OGIC (Former Off Grid in Color), Chantel has created a platform of addressing racially charged social justice with the art and lifestyle of homesteading. OGIC is an educational program that seeks to empower communities with information on how to become more self-sustainable by localizing their food sources, starting their own homesteads, and learning how to connect more deeply with the land. On top of educating, OGIC also provides ethically raised meat to the North Carolina area and also serves communities with doula programs.
You can keep up to date with Chantel's platform by heading over to offgridincolors.com or her IG: @offgridincolor
She currently has an active Farm Raiser GoFundMe over at:
