Micro Pivot: You love what you do, but there are areas in your business that need to pivot.

Macro Pivot: You want to stay in your industry, but you want to pivot your roll.

Mega Pivot: A complete pivot away from where you are, and starting something new.

How to know when you should pivot? Your gut will tell you, your people will tell you, your business will tell you, and your attitude will tell you.
