So if you're thinking is not dialed into a perspective that is serving you, your approach and your strategy will be ineffective. Handling those intense moments of temptation will feel like trying to stop a large wave coming in from the ocean.

But when you make a slight adjustment to how you SEE this struggle, effectively handling those frontline temptations become something that you can do over and over again, in a way that builds upon itself, just like a skill.
