I recently read the book S.U.M.O by Paul McGee and in it, he talks about Hippo Time. We are human and to be human is to feel emotion. To feel the positive we must first know what the negative feels like. In this short session you will hear that it is ok to wallow but to be mindful of three things. 1. What you share 2.
