Find you a crew that really wants to work for each other, and really likes each other, and really loves each other, and is willing to do whatever it takes even if that means stepping aside and doing less, or not arguing with someone over something because it’s really not what is most important at the present moment.”

This week I share my final reflection for this season, and that is the importance of finding value with each person in the group. We are really lucky to have a group that truly likes to be around each other, and work with each other. There have been a few things that if the group I am lucky to be part of didn’t get along so well we wouldn’t have been doing, including many of these “routines” that we have developed. It has also has required me to shift my view of how some situations are handled, and made me take a step back and look at things differently has made the entire situation better for, not just me, but everyone else involved.
