Tim has over 38 years’ of experience in leading and/or coaching teams. He has worked in multiple industries and managed teams up to 200, budgets up to $350M, and small projects to very large programs. Tim found his “calling” as an executive leadership coach in 2006. He has great passion in serving and “helping others succeed”. Tim joined Vistage and started his first CEO peer group in December 2020.


Tim is a trusted and fluid coach and chair. His individual/team coaching and group facilitation skills are focused on the end result in a way that develops “inside-out” learning for leaders. He cuts through complexity, simplifying and bringing clarity and focus to executives and teams. His disarming yet challenging style provides an opportunity for engagement, drives accountability and ultimately improves business performance. Tim has lived and understands the challenges of complex business environments and thus brings insight into leadership growth and development.


He currently leads 2 Vistage CEO peer groups and a Vistage Key group. Additionally, Tim maintains a large group of clients that he coaches and supports. He also works with and coaches executive teams and provides leadership development workshops for his clients.


Tim and his wife Julie have been married for almost 39 years. They have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren. They have lived in Charlotte since 2007. Tim is active in his community and enjoys cycling, traveling, and serving others.
