In this episode of #TheHabitCoach, Ashdin is asked by Lisha about how you can let go of friendships and make peace with it?

Ashdin shares that it's important to know that if a friend does not have a positive influence in your life, it's totally fine for them to go from their life - and vice-versa. If you don't have a positive influence on somebody's life, it's totally okay for you to go away from their life. The only way to make peace with it to remind yourself that life ultimately works this way. What's important is to ask yourself what you've learnt from this person and what are the memories you carry of this person. And exclusively only keep the positive memories of this person.
