$DVN - a classic “cover the gap and sell” strategy here. 

1. Gap caused by earnings in a good company 
2. Price crossed the 200 day and started to get confirmation above the 9 day
3. The 9 day crossed up on the 21 day <- this if not the algorithm could be your trigger to buy
4. The 50 day bounced off the 200 day
5. Got confirmation above the 9 day 
6. Covered the gap and then lost that confirmation <- this is your trigger to sell.
