$DVN - a classic “cover the gap and sell” strategy here.
- Gap caused by earnings in a good company
- Price crossed the 200 day and started to get confirmation above the 9 day
- The 9 day crossed up on the 21 day <- this if not the algorithm could be your trigger to buy
- The 50 day bounced off the 200 day
- Got confirmation above the 9 day
- Covered the gap and then lost that confirmation <- this is your trigger to sell.
