Jessica Long and Michael Phelps have a lot in common. They both hail from Baltimore, Maryland and both have an extensive collection of swimming medals at the highest level.
A 23x Paralympic medalist, Jessica Long was adopted from Russia at just 1 year old. Born with fibular hemimelia, her legs were amputated at 18 months old.
