While I understand that my version of Tempo Training won't make you a better CrossFitter, I do believe it can make you much better at CrossFit.
The gym that I train at, QCFit, believes this as well and has asked me to help program one day of Tempo Training per week in their next cycle.
I'll be sharing more about this on the YouTube Channel, but here's an overview as to how I'm thinking about adding Tempo Training as supplemental training for those pursuing CrossFit.
