Tom Nash Tom is now an emeritus scientist at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, where he spent more than 30 years as an experimental high-energy and astro physicist, a high-performance computer developer, and finally as associate director for Computing and Technology. He is presently a member of the California Institute of Technology group collaborating on the LIGO Gravitational Wave Project. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society.
