23: Reinventing YOU in the New Year

A new year is coming, and maybe you're ready to do things differently in 2024.

Change a habit, or a belief, or your shape, or a job, or... Anything, really.

As you consciously choose to change something, you change not just the thing you're trying to change...

You change who you are.

I like to call this REINVENTION.

Reinvention sounds like a BIG word...

But it's just a SIMPLE conscious process of changing a belief, or an ideal, or a habit.

But mostly it's about changing who you are.

I have a process for reinvention, that I use with my clients all the time.

And I'm sharing how to get started with it in this episode.
