Artist and painter, Jackie Sanders, joins me on this episode to discuss how she pursues her happiness and passion in art. Being a fellow artist myself (graphic design), I loved speaking the same language as Jackie, but our professions are so much different. I was truly interested in where she continues to get her inspiration from to create piece after piece. Not only is Jackie an artist, but she's also a business owner. She has her own gallery in downtown Raleigh where she sells her work as well as her social media. She debunks the term "starving artist" as she's started a successful business from the ground up and explains how. On top of all of that, Jackie is a mentor for other artists all over the globe with her mentorship in the "Level Up Artist Community" and her own podcast, Art Studio Insights.
