C.S. Lewis's "Four Loves" explores the different types of love, including affection, friendship, eros, and charity. Lewis delves into the nature of each love, examining its characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses. He emphasizes the importance of understanding the distinctions between these loves to avoid misunderstandings and cultivate healthy relationships. The book is a classic work of Christian apologetics, offering profound insights into the human experience of love. Lewis's insightful observations on the nature of love continue to resonate with readers today.
In this book, Weston A. Price documents his nearly 10-year global journey to understand the secret to health. He focused on healthy individuals in isolated primitive cultures and observed their excellent health, including perfect dental arches, minimal tooth decay, and high immunity to diseases. Price found that when these populations adopted modernized foods such as white flour, white sugar, and refined oils, they quickly showed signs of degeneration, including dental caries, deformed jaw structures, and increased susceptibility to chronic diseases. The book includes hundreds of photos and detailed analyses of the nutritional content of indigenous foods versus modern diets, emphasizing the critical role of fat-soluble vitamins and minerals in maintaining health[1][2][4].
Charles Cornish-Dale - better known as Raw Egg Nationalist - joins me for a frank chat on masculinity, food, and the politics that bind them. Recently doxxed, he’s no longer behind a pseudonym and has plenty to say now that he’s speaking openly.
We talk about his new book The Last Men, the controversial Eggs Benedict Option cookbook, and why he sees modern health as a cultural battlefield. Testosterone, tradition, media narratives—nothing’s off the table. Charles is sharp, provocative, and doesn’t fit neatly into anyone’s box. Whether you agree with him or not, there’s a lot here to chew on.
