Janine did not struggle with her weight until she turned forty, when the diet roller coaster began. A friend told her about intermittent fasting, but fasting was something Janine did only one Sunday a month. And, it was hard! However, her friend seemed to be “shrinking,” so she decided to give IF a try.
After a year of the IF lifestyle, Janine went from 148 pounds to around 120 pounds. She follows OMAD (One Meal a Day), and finds maintaining her weight effortless.
