Episode 124. Moving On

Sometimes the hardest part of a running a race isn't the race. And sometimes it's not even the training you need to do so you can run race that race. Sometimes the hardest part is after the race. It's letting go. It's moving on. We can give so much to a training cycle. We can put so much into the journey. We can invest so much into race day and the outcome. We can suddenly find ourselves lost and adrift when it's all over. This episode is about acknowledging all of this. And it's about how you can handle the process of moving on so you can move forward. Yes, this is about running. And this is not about running.
