He also used to value being the “smartest person in the room,” but then he’s realized that his greatest contribution to humanity and the battle against cybercrime is his ability to raise awareness of the issues and take tangible steps through effective communication.

In his book, The Smartest Person in the Room: The Root Cause and New Solution for Cybersecurity, he provides a seven-step methodology for dealing with the High IQ/Low EQ problem.
