Helen Burke-Smith, having suffered from anorexia for most of her early twenties, being hospitalised on a number of occasions over those dark years, has made an incredible recovery, (with huge amount of self work and the help of a team of highly qualified and inspirational psychotherapists). Helen has a BA in Philosophy and has embarked on a Masters (MSc) Degree in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy in London. She has first-hand experience of anorexia and, in turn, recovery. She's a fully qualified and practising Hypnobirthing practitioner, DipHB(KGH)

Helen is currently working in London for the NHS as a psychotherapist, seeing clients at her clinic who are in a state of crisis.
