When was the last time you made a decision that everyone else thought was crazy?

But deep down you knew it would pay off in the long-run.

If you want to live an incredible life and achieve success in your chosen pursuits then you’ve got to be a little crazy. 

You’ve got to go against the herd.

You’ve got to back yourself.

And this requires operating with a level of trust and FAITH.

Faith is believing in something that cannot be seen.

Most people need to see something to believe it, and that’s why most people live mediocre existences – stuck in the illusion of ‘appearances’. 

But leaders believe in something before they can see it.

If you don’t believe there are higher forces at play conspiring to help you then you will struggle to ever achieve your goals. 

I don’t give AF what language you use to describe this invisible force – God, the Universe, Infinite Intelligence… but life is SO much easier when this invisible force has your back. 

Even during the toughest of times you can make courageous decisions knowing very well that you will be taken care of. 

When I quit my engineering career it was a season of crazy faith.

Everyone thought I was crazy.“Why the f*ck is Marshy quitting is a good, secure, 6-figure engineering career?” 

This was during COVID when the world was going mad might I add. 

But I could see what others couldn’t.

I had complete faith in a future that no-one else could see.

And so I took the leap of faith from the familiar into the unknown.

All of life's greatest rewards lie in the unknown.

Yet too few are courageous enough to venture there.

Because they lack FAITH. 

But you’re different. 

I know it.

And deep down you know it.
