She leverages emotional intelligence, design thinking, and data storytelling to guide internal and external clients to arrive at innovative, elegant solutions. Ms. VanZytveld graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan with departmental honors in Women’s Studies, and earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
