Anthony Gaona possesses a robust 15-year background in digital marketing, rooted in a formative upbringing in the construction industry. From the age of 12, he labored alongside his father, learning to navigate the ebb and flow of construction work and honing his lead generation skills during downtimes. His fervent interest in online marketing led to quick mastery, and he's spent the last decade and a half excelling in generating construction-related leads. He initially managed projects himself, then transitioned to subcontracting and wholesaling leads to fellow construction companies.

In a transformative moment, a YouTube search in December 2018 introduced Anthony to wholesaling, catalyzing a shift towards house flipping using his construction acumen. By January 2019, he launched comprehensive marketing campaigns, both online and offline, targeting real estate seller leads. Remarkably, within weeks, he secured his first real estate contract, followed by a serendipitous land lead that brought substantial earnings and changed his trajectory.

The initial phase of his real estate career saw Anthony focusing on low-volume, high-value land deals over two years. Instead of traditional expansion methods, he envisioned a novel approach: teaching his real estate methods to others, thus freeing up his own capacity and enabling limitless large-scale transactions. Currently, Anthony's global operations aim to establish key figures in major US markets, forming teams that drive substantial traffic and close high-volume transactions through collaborative efforts.
