Prashant is leading innovation using technology at x·enabler - a successful IT innovation company, where he has digitally transformed a number of Australian businesses using innovative technologies.

Over the last 15 years, Prashant has founded a number of successful businesses from the ground up. He is a trusted advisor, business partner and mentor for a range of business-minded people in his group. Through his technical expertise, Prashant has led some of Australia’s biggest development teams across a range of industries and technologies. He is also leading technical committees such as SIPBN, Chamber of Commerce Sydney and various other business networks.

Prashant is also the host of the podcast “Enabling the World with Tech” where he explores strategies and lessons from leading tech entrepreneurs and tech experts, focusing on scaling effectively.

Prashant has been on many journeys throughout his career and has had to reinvent himself a multitude of times; from learning various types of programming languages and skills beyond technology to adapting his business strategies in not only the technology industry but also in retail and food services. Prashant believes that it is important to always be learning and is who he is today by learning from his past experiences, where he has lost and gained everything. While Prashant is passionate about all things business, technology and innovation he has also mastered the perfect balance between his work and personal life. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, nature walks, poetry and motorcycling. Prashant loves his attributes of continuous learning and innovation and his goal is to help businesses succeed with his intensive experiences, knowledge and unique ideas.
