Who was missing at Detroit Lions OTAs?

The Detroit Lions wrapped up their first week of Organized Team Activities and did so with only 2 starters NOT in the building? Dan Campbell would not disclose who they were, but the reporters on hand noted that Alex Anzalone and Frank Ragnow were not in Allen Park. Is this a holdout from Alex? He is in the last year of a 3 year, 18 million dollar contract and he could be posturing a bit. Campbell did say that "all is good" with both players.
