I first came upon Ingrid’s work when a friend shared her TED talk video with me, “Where Joy Hides and How to Find it”. I was riveted by what she had to say and went on to purchase her book, Joyful: The Surprising Power of Ordinary Things to Create Extraordinary Happiness, which did not disappoint.
