If you're resistant to change, you might be denying your spirit the very thing you need to thrive. When we take time to stop and look around, it is easy to remember that everyone is doing the best they can with the journey they are on. If you find yourself addicted to creating drama in your every day life, try getting curious instead. Come up with three alternative scenarios that might explain other's behavior, and you may be surprised at what you learn.

Today is a great day for relationship revelations. Pause and ask yourself if you have let micro-betrayals slide one too many times, if you are fostering a frenemy relationship, or if a relationship that used to work just isn't working anymore. The universe is trying to get your attention!
