Hong Kong entrepreneur Gianne Chan was diagnosed with depression during her high school days. Since then, she’s been on an uphill battle against various mental issues which eventually led her to found her own wellness brand Calmed & Co. As one of the early suppliers of CBD products in Hong Kong, the city's recently announced CBD ban means Gianne has to pivot her business to become the first brand in Hong Kong that produces wearable vitamin patches. She joins us this week to talk about her own personal mental health journey and how she continues her mission of providing affordable wellness solutions for people who want to improve their physical and mental health.
