Brethren, I know we’ve had one previous conversation on Shepherding the Afflicted through the preached word, but I’d like for us to narrow in our this specific situation of affliction. 

What doctrines or passages should we preached to minister to widows and widowers? What passages does the congregation need to hear for them to effectively minister to widows and widowers in the congregation?
