Being present is a lot easier said than done, especially these days. On this episode, I talk about some of the many reasons we get distracted, overwhelmed, and stuck in the past or obsessed with the future in today’s world. I then share some specific things we can do to embrace the now, thus allowing us to be present, let go of erroneous stress and worry, and have the kind of presence and impact we truly want.
