Today I am honoured to be joined by Poppy Jaman, a respected icon in the international mental health space. She is a global voice of authority on workplace mental health, working with leaders from across the world to create national policies that drive sustainable change forward. She is the Global CEO of MindForward Alliance and, over the past 12 years, has created the world’s leading workplace mental health organisation focused on transforming workplaces into spaces that support the mental health of their employees. Her commitment to mental health also goes beyond the professional realm, as a British Bangladeshi, Poppy has lived with depression and anxiety throughout her life and has experienced first hand the mental health challenges common to those in underrepresented communities. Today, we talk all about her inspiring mental health initiative, her own personal struggles and her brilliant wellbeing toolkit.
