Emily Dwyer is a real estate investor based in Toronto, and has been focused on the Hamilton and Niagara markets doing BRRRR projects. 

Since September 2021, she acquired 4 properties; 3 on my own and one via a JV with family.  Two were duplex conversion projects, one was a flip and her latest is a garden suite garage conversion. She is always on the hunt for a good deal and plans on being an active investor for a long time.    In this episode we discussed:
